Privacy
We use a small amount of information to run the shop, keep game rewards working, and understand what helps people use the website.
Store measurements
When store measurement is enabled, we count page visits, button clicks, game visits, and orders to improve our store. These measurements do not use tracking cookies or store your name, email, full web address, or IP address. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control for browser measurements.
Browser counts describe actions, not unique people. Paid orders are counted only after payment is confirmed. Order counts are separate from browser measurements.
Heat Hunt rewards
The game saves progress on your device. When rewards are available, the reward service also keeps a random game-session reference, cleared-level checkpoints, and your reward code so it can check the discount and prevent a code being used more than once. Reward codes expire January 1, 2027.
No account or email is needed to earn or use a game reward. Each run can earn one code, and each code can be used once. Your browser may temporarily save a pending claim so you can return to it. Accounts created under the previous reward system are no longer required and do not sign you up for marketing. Contact us about deleting a previous account.
Checkout
Stripe collects payment and order information during secure checkout. We use order information to handle purchases and shipping. Payment details are handled by Stripe, separately from our store measurements.
Optional deals and events
At checkout, you can choose to receive occasional ASS HUNTER deals and event emails. Choosing Yes lets us keep your checkout email and a record of that choice in private storage. Leaving it blank or choosing No thanks does not sign you up. Your purchase and game discount do not depend on signing up.
You can withdraw that permission by contacting us. Marketing emails will include a way to unsubscribe. Order and delivery updates are separate from marketing.
Shipping notification requests
If you ask to hear when shipping opens, we keep your email and your explicit consent in a separate Netlify form inbox for that one-time notification. This does not subscribe you to deals or events. You can withdraw your request through our contact form. After the shipping announcement, we will remove this notification list.
Local delivery
The delivery map uses OpenStreetMap. Loading it sends your IP address and the public map area being viewed to OpenStreetMap's tile service. We do not send the address you enter in our order form to that map service. Read OpenStreetMap's privacy policy.
When you check local delivery, we send your destination street address and ZIP code to the U.S. Census Bureau geocoding service to check the delivery area. We keep your submitted contact details, matched delivery address, delivery instructions, and confirmed delivery date in private order storage on Netlify. These details are used to process and deliver your order, not for store measurements or marketing.
For paid orders, the approved delivery address and contact details are also provided to Stripe. Your phone number is required for contact and updates about your delivery, not marketing. Billing information entered in Stripe does not change the delivery address. Contact us if an order needs correction.
Hosting
Our contact form collects the name, reply email, message, and optional order reference you provide. We use these to respond to your request. Messages are stored in our Netlify form inbox, separately from store measurements.
Netlify hosts this website and its services. Hosting and security logs may include technical information about requests, separate from the store measurements described above.
